摘  要:新工科教育背景下,针对大学生在机电创新项目中需要对步进电机、舵机、直流电机进行控制,掌握SPI和IIC协议、串口通信、机器视觉等方面的知识,自主设计基于STC8A8K增强型51单片机的机电创新实训系统。该系统由单片机最小核心板及各模块组成,可用杜邦线灵活配置端口,实现典型机电控制训练,控制直流电机、步进电机和舵机,训练多种通信协议。该实训平台具备模块化和层次递推训练的特点,已应用在学生机电项目训练中,起到良好效果,可以提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。Under the Emerging Engineering Education background,aiming at college students’need to control stepper motor,steering motor and DC motor and to master SPI and IIC protocol,serial communication and machine vision in electromechanical innovation projects,a kind of mechanical and electrical innovation training system based on STC8A8K enhanced 51 MCU is designed.The system is composed of the microcontroller core board and each module.The Dupont Line can be used to flexibly confi gure ports to realize typical electromechanical control training,control DC motor,stepper motor and steering gear,and train various communication protocols.The practical training platform has the characteristics of modularization and step-by-step training,and has been applied in the training of students’electromechanical projects,which has a good eff ect and improves students’ability to solve complex engineering problems.
