双板耳板栅对铅酸电池性能的影响

摘  要:比较了双板耳板栅/极板与常规单极耳板栅/极板的各种性能。与常规板栅相比,双板耳板栅上不同部位的电阻差值下降0.32 mΩ。放电末期双极耳极板上电流密度、电位分布,以及活性物质利用率都比常规极板更加均匀。最后,测试了分别采用这2种板栅的电池的低温起动性能和大电流放电性能。测试结果表明,采用双极耳板栅的电池的低温起动性能和大电流放电性能更好。The performance of bi-lug grid/plate was compared with that of conventional grid/plate with single lug.Compared with the conventional single lug grid,The difference of resistance in different parts of the grid of the bi-lug grid decreased by 0.32 mΩ.At the end of discharge,the current density,potential distribution and active substance utilization ratio of the bi-lug plate are more uniform than those of the conventional single lug plate.Finally,the low temperature starting performance and high current discharge performance of the cells using these two kinds of grids were compared.The test results show that the low temperature starting performance and high current discharge performance of the battery with bi-lug grid are better.
