摘　　要：跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率是一个具有元叙事意义的政治课题,无论是文本话语,还是表意逻辑,均饱含着浓厚的中华优秀传统文化的思想底色。民主是跳出历史周期率的第一个答案,凝结着党对执掌政权和自身建设的深远政治预见,“甲申对话”“窑洞对话”“赶考对话”从不同角度回应了历史周期率问题,形成了第一个答案的逻辑框架。自我革命是跳出历史周期率的第二个答案。“堡垒最容易从内部被攻破”是探寻第二个答案的思考基点;“四个不容易”体现出对历史周期率政治意蕴的新阐释;从“人民监督”到“自我革命”,从“两个务必”到“三个务必”,从“六条规定”到“八项规定”,从“三反”斗争到“坚决打赢反腐败斗争攻坚战持久战”,呈现出两个答案之间的逻辑承接关系。不存在唯一的、一劳永逸的答案,要在“解决大党独有难题”中继续探寻跳出历史周期率的新路径。Breaking the historical cycle of rise and fall is a political topic with meta narrative significance.It is full of ideological background of excellent traditional Chinese culture both in text discourse and expression logic.Democracy is the first answer to breaking the historical cycle,which condenses the Party’s profound political foresight on taking power and self construction.The“Jiashen Conversation”,“Cave Conversation”,and“Catch-up Examination Conversation”have responded to the question of historical cycle from different angles,forming the logical framework of the first answer.Self-reform is the second answer to breaking the historical cycle.“It is easier to breach a fortress from within”is the thinking basis;“Four Difficulties”reflect a new interpretation of the political implications of historical periodicity;From“People’s Supervision”to“Self-Reform”,from“Two Musts”to“Three Musts”,from“Six Provisions”to“Eight Provisions”,and from the struggles against the“Three Evils”to“resolutely win the prolonged battle against corruption”,the logical relationship between the two answers has been presented.There is no single and one-size-fits-all answer,and we need to continue to explore new ways to break the historical cycle in the process of“solving the unique problems of the major party”.
