摘　　要：实现乡村治理有效是乡村振兴战略的重要内容,是乡村振兴其他任务得以完成的重要条件。随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,我国乡村治理体系不断完善,乡村治理现代化水平不断提高。但在实践中仍然存在着基层党组织领导能力不足、自治法治德治“三治融合”机制不完善、乡村治理效能不高等主要问题,迫切需要健全县乡村三级协同治理组织体系、探索创新自治法治德治有效实现形式、着力创造保障条件等,真正实现乡村治理“三治融合”,为乡村振兴奠定坚实基础。Realizing effective rural governance is an important content of the rural revitalization strategy and an important condition for completing other tasks of rural revitalization.With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China’s rural governance system is constantly improving,and the modernization level of rural governance is constantly upgrading.However,in practice,there are still some major issues such as inadequate leadership capabilities of grass-roots Party organizations,imperfect mechanism for the integration of self-governance,rule of law,and moral governance,and low efficiency of rural governance.It is urgent to improve the coordinated governance organization system at the county,village,and township levels,explore innovative forms of effective realization of self-governance,rule of law,and moral governance,and strive to create conditions that truly achieve the“integration of three governances”of rural governance,laying a solid foundation for rural revitalization.
