物流企业应急能力评价及提升路径研究

摘　　要：本文结合突发公共卫生事件特点,在应急物流理论的基础上,通过因子分析法构建物流企业应急物流能力评价体系,包含应急物流信息能力、应急物流保障能力、物流企业综合实力、应急物流运作能力、应急物流协调能力、应急物流仓储能力6个方面。通过模糊层次分析法对京东物流、顺丰控股、德邦股份三家物流企业进行应急物流能力评价。结果表明,京东物流和顺丰控股的应急物流能力整体为优秀;德邦股份的应急物流能力整体为良好。针对评价结果提出包括企业自身建设、政企合作、跨企业协调三阶段的物流企业应急物流能力提升路径,以提高物流企业应急物流建设水平。Combined with the characteristics of public health emergencies,based on the theory of emergency logistics,the evaluation system of emergency logistics capability of logistics enterprises is constructed by factor analysis,which includes six aspects:emergency logistics information capability,emergency logistics support capability,comprehensive strength of logistics enterprises,emergency logistics operation capability,emergency logistics coordination capability and emergency logistics storage capability.Through FAHP,this paper evaluates the emergency logistics capability of JD Logistics,SF Express and Deppon.The results show that the emergency logistics capability of JD Logistics is excellent as a whole.The emergency logistics capability of SF Express is excellent as a whole.Deppon's emergency logistics capability is generally good.This paper puts forward a path to improve the emergency logistics capability of logistics enterprises through three stages:enterprise self-construction,cooperation between government and enterprises,and coordination among enterprises,so as to improve the level of emergency logistics construction of logistics enterprises.
