摘　　要：目的:了解住院患者及其家属参与患者安全的体验,以期为护航患者和家属,促进医患和谐,减少可预防性伤害提供参考。方法:于2023年3月—5月采用描述性质性研究方法深入访谈了4类住院科室的11名住院患者及13名患者家属,采用主题分析法分析访谈结果。结果:提炼出3个主题及6个亚主题,分别是参与动机强烈(健康需求的内生力、医患合作的外驱力),参与能力不够(客观个体差异、角色认知偏差),参与机会不足(参与类型单一、参与支持不良)。结论:住院患者及其家属在参与患者安全时还面临诸多困境。医疗卫生系统可通过调动患者及其家属的参与动机、提升参与能力、提供更多参与机会等多种方式,推动形成患者安全人人参与的文化氛围,提升患者就医过程中的获得感、安全感和幸福感。Objective:To understand the experience of hospitalized patients and their families towards patient safety participation,in order to provide references for enabling patient and family participation,promoting hospital patient harmonious and reducing preventable harm.Methods:A describing qualitative approach was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 11 hospitalized patients and 13 family members from four types departments from March to May,2023.Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:Three main themes and six sub-themes were identified:high willingness to participate(endogenous motivation for health needs,exogenous motivation for doctor-patient cooperation),inadequate preparation for participation(individual differences in participation ability,deviation in understanding of participation roles),and poor support for participation(limited opportunities for participation,insufficient participation resources).Conclusion:Hospitalized patients and their families still face many difficulties in engaging in patient safety.The healthcare system could empower patients by stimulating endogenous motivation,expanding participation channels,and strengthening institutional support,to promote the development of a cultural atmosphere in which everyone engaging in patient safety.This would effectively promote patients'sense of fulfillment,security,and happiness during the medical treatment process.
