摘　　要：目的:总结国内外的护理诊断精确临床指征研究的相关内容,为护士早期、快速识别护理诊断提供参考,进而推动我国护理诊断的发展和应用。方法:系统检索中、英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2022年1月15日,提取相关信息,分析护理诊断的精确临床指征研究的相关主题和研究方法。结果:最终纳入86篇文献,以横断面研究为主,研究方法包括内容验证和临床验证,呼吸道护理诊断是护理诊断的精确临床指征研究的热点话题。结论:国外已开展较多护理诊断的精确临床指征研究,涉及护理诊断领域及类别繁多,可为护士提供一定的决策依据,但国内目前鲜有相关研究,建议我国护士有针对性地开展护理诊断的精确临床指征研究,逐步发展符合我国临床现状的护理诊断临床指征。Objective:To summarize the content of researches on accurate clinical indicators for nursing diagnoses at home and abroad,to provide reference for nurses to make nursing diagnoses as early and quickly as possible and further prompt the advancement and application of nursing diagnoses with Chinese characteristics.Methods:The Chinese and English databases were systematically searched from the establishment time to January 15,2022,to extract relevant information and analyze relevant topics and research methods of researches on accurate clinical indicators for nursing diagnoses.Results:Finally 86 articles were included,which were mainly cross-sectional studies adopting content validation and clinical validation as the research methods.Nursing diagnoses related to respiratory diseases were shown to be the hotspot in the study of clinical indicators for nursing diagnoses.Conclusion:Researchers abroad have been quite into the study of accurate clinical indicators for nursing diagnoses involving various fields and categories,which can benefit nursing decision-making to some extent.However,few such researches are seen in China.Thus,it is suggested that more targeted researches on clinical indicators for nursing diagnoses be carried out to develop accurate indicators for nursing diagnoses in accordance with the specific clinical conditions in our country,so as to assist clinical nurses in making diagnoses decisions.
