摘　　要：目的:研发基于护理程序的智慧养老管理平台,助力养老护理员对老年人的照护行为。方法:基于护理程序,依据《养老机构护理分级与服务规范》,形成智慧决策流程与养老照护知识库,将系统评定结果与护士评定结果在护理分级准确率及护理计划符合率上的符合程度进行比较。结果:智慧养老管理平台测评老年人共81例,智能分级符合率为100.0%,辅助决策护理计划符合率为98.7%。结论:基于护理程序构建的智慧养老管理平台能满足养老院老年人护理分级和护理计划的制定,为护理实施提供可靠依据。Objective:To develop a smart elderly care management platform based on nursing procedure.Methods:Based on the nursing program,the intelligent decision-making process and the knowledge base of elderly care were formed according to the Nursing Grading and Service Standards of Elderly Care Institutions.The degree of agreement between the system assessment results and the nurse assessment results in terms of the accuracy of nursing grading and the compliance rate of nursing plans was compared.Results:A total of 81 elderly people were evaluated systematically.The compliance rate of the intelligent classification of the smart elderly care management platform was 100.0%,and the compliance rate of the decision-making nursing plan was 98.7%.Conclusion:The smart elderly care management platform based on nursing procedure can meet the nursing grading and formulation of nursing plans for the elderly in nursing homes.It can provide a reliable basis for nursing implementation.
