摘　　要：目的:探讨动态血压监测在不同类型高血压患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1—6月六盘水市水城区人民医院收治的高血压患者80例为观察对象,根据患者是否合并脏器损害分为对照组(40例,单纯高血压)、观察组(40例,高血压合并脏器损害)。对两组患者进行动态血压监测,比较两组动态血压平均值、血压变异性参数、血压负荷。结果:观察组日间收缩压、日间舒张压、夜间收缩压、夜间舒张压、24 h收缩压及24 h舒张压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日间收缩压变异高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组d-BPL、n-BPL、24 h BPL高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:动态血压监测能够有效反映高血压患者的动态血压水平,评估患者疾病严重程度,方便医生评估患者病情,为临床诊断提供重要参考依据。Objective:To explore the application value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with different types of hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty patients with hypertension admitted to Liupanshui Shuicheng District People's Hospita from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group(40 patients with simple hypertension)and observation group(40 patients with hypertension complicated with organ damage)according to whether the patients were complicated with organ damage.Ambulate blood pressure monitoring was performed in the two groups,and the mean ambulate blood pressure,blood pressure variability parameters and blood pressure load were compared between the two groups.Results:Daytime systolic blood pressure,daytime diastolic blood pressure,night systolic blood pressure,night diastolic blood pressure,24 h systolic blood pressure and 24 h diastolic blood pressure in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The variation of daytime systolic blood pressure in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The d-BPL,nBPL and 24 h BPL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can effectively reflect the ambulatory blood pressure level of hypertensive patients,assess the severity of patients'diseases,facilitate doctors to evaluate patients'conditions,and provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis.
