摘　　要：目的:探讨全方位护理对急性心肌梗死经皮桡动脉穿刺介入治疗患者的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月贵州省大方县人民医院收治的经皮桡动脉穿刺介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全方位护理。比较两组患者负性情绪、护理满意度、治疗依从性、并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁自评量表得分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);观察组治疗依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:全方位护理对急性心肌梗死经皮桡动脉穿刺介入患者的临床效果确切,可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性,减少并发症,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of all-round care on patients with acute myocardial infarction percutaneous radial artery puncture intervention.Methods:Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by percutaneous radial artery puncture intervention admitted to Dafang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was forty cases.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given all-round nursing care.Comparison of negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,and complication rate of patients in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression self-assessment scale of patients in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009);The treatment adherence score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:All-round care for patients with acute myocardial infarction percutaneous radial artery puncture intervention has a definite clinical effect,which can reduce patients'anxiety and depression,improve treatment compliance,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
