磁共振脂肪抑制技术对骨关节病变诊断的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振脂肪抑制技术对骨关节病变诊断的临床应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月—2022年10月柳州市人民医院骨科收治的骨关节病变患者52例为观察对象,均进行CT、磁共振脂肪抑制序列扫描及诊断。比较两种检查方式的诊断准确性、诊断符合率及检查速度。结果:磁共振脂肪抑制技术诊断准确率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。两种检查方式对骨质增生、腰椎病、颈椎病的诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);磁共振脂肪抑制技术对关节炎、肩周炎诊断符合率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。磁共振脂肪抑制技术的检查时间长于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:磁共振脂肪抑制技术有助于提高对骨关节病变患者的诊断准确性,诊断骨关节病变类型,诊断符合率较高,但检查时间较长。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of magnetic resonance fat inhibition technique in the diagnosis of bone and joint diseases.Methods:A total of 52 patients with osteoarthropathy admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of Liuzhou People's Hospital from June 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and all of them underwent CT and MRI fat suppression sequence scanning and diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy,diagnostic coincidence rate and examination speed of the two methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI fat suppression was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);There was no significant difference in the diagnosis coincidence rate of bone hyperplasia,lumbar spine disease and cervical spondylosis between the two methods(P>0.05);The coincidence rate of MRI fat suppression in the diagnosis of arthritis and periarthritis of shoulder was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The examination time of MRI was longer than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:MRI fat suppression technique is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with bone and joint lesions,and the diagnostic coincidence rate is higher,but the examination time is longer.
