摘　　要：目的:探讨戴明循环(PDCA)在消毒供应室护士手卫生管理中的应用效果。方法:2021年1—6月龙里县人民医院消毒供应室未实施PDCA循环管理,2021年7—12月实施PDCA循环管理。比较消毒供应室中9名护士手卫生正确率、手卫生达标率、手卫生依从性。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后护士手卫生正确率、手卫生达标率、手卫生依从性评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理在消毒供应室中应用取得了预期效果,可提升护士手卫生管理质量,帮助护士掌握正确洗手方法,提升手卫生达标率,并意识到正确洗手的重要性,对手卫生保持良好依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of Deming cycle(PDCA)in hand hygiene management of nurses in disinfection supply room.Methods:PDCA cycle management was not implemented in the disinfection supply room of Longli County People's Hospital from January to June 2021,and PDCA cycle management was implemented from July to December 2021.The correct rate of nurse hand hygiene,the rate of reaching the standard of hand hygiene and the compliance of hand hygiene among 9 nurses in the disinfection supply room were compared.Results:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the correct rate of nurse hand hygiene,the rate of hand hygiene compliance and the score of hand hygiene compliance were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management in the disinfection supply room has achieved the expected effect,which can improve the quality of nurses'hand hygiene management,help nurses master the correct hand washing methods,improve the hand hygiene compliance rate,realize the importance of correct hand washing,and maintain good compliance with hand hygiene.
