摘　　要：肺康复是儿童呼吸系统疾病管理的核心,对改善患儿的预后及提升生活质量具有重要作用。本文就儿童呼吸系统疾病的呼吸运动训练法、胸部物理治疗、心理护理及营养支持进行综述,以期为儿童呼吸系统疾病肺康复方案制定提供指导。Pulmonary rehabilitation is the core of respiratory diseases management in children,and plays an important role in improving the prognosis and life quality of such children.This article reviews the methods of respiratory exercise training,chest physical therapy,psychological nursing and nutritional support for children with respiratory diseases,in order to provide guidance for the formulation of pulmonary rehabilitation programs in children with respiratory diseases.
