摘　　要：总结1例腹茧症体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠合并反复尿潴留患者的护理体会。护理重点包括多学科协作的症状管理,做好孕期尿潴留的护理,完善个性化分娩管理及手术配合,预防术后并发症,同时给予分阶段心理护理。经过精心治疗及护理,母婴平安,患者于剖宫产术后4 d顺利出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a case of abdominal cocoon with in vitro fertilization embryo transfer pregnancy complicated with repeated urinary retention.The most important is the management of individualized multidisciplinary symptoms and urinary retention during pregnancy,making the personalized delivery plan and perfecting surgical preparation,close observation of the condition to prevent postoperative complications,as well as giving psychological care.After careful treatment and nursing,the infant was safely delivered and discharged safe and sound 4 days after the cesarean section.
