摘　　要：为满足某大型水厂安全、稳定、可靠的生产运行需求,助力现代化水厂的建设,设计了1套自动控制系统。设置了信息层、控制层和设备层3个层级,使系统架构具有高可靠性、先进性和较强的适用性等特点。硬件部分采用热备冗余及光纤环网技术,提升了控制系统的稳定性和可靠性。软件部分从工艺流程出发,梳理各工艺流程节点的控制需求,整理出完整、有效的控制策略。该控制策略有效地指导了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序和数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)系统组态程序的开发。自2016年7月至今,该水厂自动控制系统实现了水厂边缘控制,提供了友好人机交互界面,辅助了一系列远程自动化调度,满足了水厂生产运行需求,提高了水厂生产效率。An automatic control system is designed to meet the demand for safe,stable and reliable production and operation of a large water plant,and to help the construction of a modern water plant.Three layers of information layer,control layer and equipment layer are set up to make the system architecture with the characteristics of high reliability,advanced and strong applicability.The hardware part adopts hot standby redundancy and fiber optic ring network technology to improve the stability and reliability of the control system.The software part sorts out the control requirements of each process node from the process flow,and organizes a complete and effective control strategy.The control strategy effectively guided the development of the programmable logical controller(PLC)program and supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system configuration program.Since July 2016 to date,this water plant automatic control system has realized water plant edge control,provided a friendly human-machine interaction interface,assisted a series of remote automation scheduling,met the water plant production and operation requirements,and improved the water plant production efficiency.
