摘 要:钴铬钼合金作为一种优良的生物医用材料,具有优异的摩擦性能、较高的耐蚀性和良好的生物相容性,在生医材料领域得到广泛应用,可制成各种人工关节。通过分析二维超声振动抛光的去除机理建立了钴铬钼合金的材料去除模型,利用二维超声振动辅助抛光装置开展钴铬钼合金表面完整性和工艺参数的实验,并通过实验验证了去除模型。通过抛光钴铬钼合金加工参数和表面完整性实验可知,二维超声振动抛光钴铬钼合金能获得较好的表面形貌,表现为规则的振动织状结构,表面粗糙度仅为11nm。材料去除量随主轴转速和抛光深度的增加而增大,随进给速度的增加而减少。As an excellent biomedical material,CoCrMo alloys have excellent tribological properties,high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility.It has been widely used in biomedical materials and can be made into various artificial joints.In this paper,the two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration polishing device for the surface machining of human hip joint is presented.A material removal model of cobalt-Cr-Mo alloy is established by analyzing the removal mechanism of two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration polishing,and the removal model is verified by experiments.According to the processing parameters and surface integrity experiments of polished the CoCrMo alloy,two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration polishing of the CoCrMo alloy can obtain better surface morphology,showing regular vibration texture structure and surface roughness of only llnm,The material removal increases with the increase of spindle speed and polishing depth and decreases with the increase of feed speed.
