摘 要:为了提高多道次二辊轧制效率,设计了电脉冲轧制(EPR)测试系统,之后对比了EPR轧制和常规轧制(CTR)两种方式的差异性,重点分析了单周期中的轧制力参数变化情况。研究结果表明:脉冲电流作用后,形成了波动变化的轧制力,变化幅度接近1.5%。轧制力在初期阶段呈现稳定的变化趋势,进入后期轧制阶段时,发生了轧制力的快速提高。当电压上升后,形成了更大的电流,形成了更加平缓的增长趋势。在轧制过程中轧制力差值发生了显著升高,表现出指数变化的特征。进行持续轧制期间,形成了更大的轧制力差值。进行EPR处理时,EPR形成了比CTR更小的轧制力,轧制力差值和脉冲电流热效应存在密切关联。电路断开后,轧制状态从EPR转变至CTR此时轧制力重新进入CTR稳定态。本研究对提升轧制效率以及改善实际生产过程的电脉冲参数具有很好的指导意义。In order to improve the efficiency of multi-pass two-roll rolling,an electric pulse rolling(EPR)test system was designed.Then,the difference between EPR rolling and conventional rolling(CTR)was compared,and the rolling force parameters in a single cycle were analyzed.The results show that the rolling force fluctuates with a range close to 1.5%after the action of pulse current.The rolling force presents a stable trend in the early stage,and the rolling force in CTReases rapidly in the late stage.As the voltage rises,a larger current is generated,resulting in a more gradual growth trend.During the rolling process,P inCTReased significantly,showing the characteristics of exponential change.During continuous rolling,a larger rolling force difference is formed.In the process of EPR treatment,EPR formed a smaller rolling force than CTR,and the difference P was closely related to the thermal effect of pulse current.After the circuit is disconnected,the rolling state changes from EPR to CTR,and the rolling force reenters the stable state of CTR.This study has a good guiding significance for improving rolling efficiency and electric pulse parameters in actual production process.
