摘  要:为实现加工方法选择的智能化,减少加工方法选择过程中隐含的经验化知识带来的不确定性,将本体技术引入到加工方法的自动生成中。首先,构建加工方法生成层次化表示模型,并采用OWL DL断言表示模型层次间的约束关系;其次,根据加工方法选择中的概念和关系,构建加工方法生成本体模型,采用网络本体语言OWL2描述其结构化知识。然后,根据加工方法设计领域的专家知识,考虑几何特征约束条件,使用语义网规则语言(SWRL)构建加工方法自动生成的推理规则,构建加工方法自动生成知识库,推理得到最合理的加工方法。最后,通过定位套筒零件表面加工方法自动生成,展示该方法的工作过程,并验证了方法的有效性。In order to realize the intelligentization of processing method selection and reduce the uncertainty caused by the empirical knowledge implied in the selection of processing methods,the ontology technology is introduced into the automatic generation of processing methods.First,build a processing method to generate a hierarchical representation model,and use OWL DL assertions to represent the constraint relationship between model levels.Second,based on the concepts and relationships in the selection of processing methods,build a processing method to generate an ontology model,and use the network ontology language OWL2 to describe its structure knowledge.Then,based on the expert knowledge in the field of processing method design,considering geometric constraints,the Semantic Web Rule Language(SWRL)is used to construct the inference rules automatically generated by the processing method,and the processing method is automatically generated to generate the knowledge base.The reasoning results in the most reasonable processing method.Finally,the surface processing method of positioning sleeve parts is automatically generated to show the working process of the method and verify the effectiveness of the method.
