摘  要:变矩器的闭锁工况是液力传动系统的共同工作的重要组成部分,直接影响传动效率。针对液力传动汽车传动系统共同工作特性和闭锁点进行分析。对发动机外特性进行分析,建立柴油机的数学模型,通过对实验数据的分析,获取数学模型的拟合曲线;对液力变矩器的变矩性能进行分析,并建立其数学模型;对动力传递系统的共同工作特性进行分析,运用最小二乘法建立共同工作的数学模型,包括输入和输出特性;根据传统闭锁理论,对闭锁式液力变矩器的闭锁点进行分析;根据数学模型,基于AOVAT搭建动力传递系统的分析模型,对工作特性进行分析;基于实车测试,对发动机和液力变矩器的共同工作特性及闭锁特性进行分析,并与机械传递系统进行对比。结果可知:动力系统的数学模型可由多项式拟合;在四档时即最高档时,在闭锁点后两种传动状态下牵引力变化值最小;通过液力变矩器的输出特性曲线,与闭锁机械工况的曲线交点,获得闭锁点的转速;研究系统为1336r/min,模型分析为1317r/min,实车测试为1302r/min;三者误差小于3%,表明分析方法和结果的准确性,为此类设计提供参考。The locking condition of the torque converter is an important part of the common work of the hydraulic transmission system,which directly affects the transmission eficiency.The cooperation property and locking points of the hydraulic transmission system was analyzed.The external characteristics of the engine was analyzed,and the mathematical model of the diesel engine was established.The fiting curve of the mathematical model through the analysis of the experimental data was obtained.The torque conversion performance of the hydraulic torque converter was analyzed,and its mathematical model was obtained.The cooperation property of the torque converter was analyzed,and the least square method was used to establish a mathematical model of the cooperation,including input and output characteristics.According to the traditional blocking theory,the blocking point of the lock-up torque converter was analyzed.According to the mathematical model,the analysis model of the power transmission system was built based on AOVAT,and the working characteristics were analyzed.Based on the actual vehicle test,the joint working characteristics and locking characteristics of the engine and the hydraulic torque converter were analyzed and compared with the mechanical transmission system.The results show that:the mathematical model of the engine speed characteristic can be fitted with a second-order polynomial and afirst-order polynomial.In the fourth gear,that is,the highest gear,the traction change value is the smallest in the two transmission states after the lock point.The intersection point of the torque converter output curve and the mechanical condition is used as the locking point when the engine throttle is fully opened.The research system is 1336r/min,the model analysis is 1317r/min,and the actual vehicle test is 1302r/min.The error of the three is less than 3%,indicating the accuracy of the analysis method and results,which provide reference for this type of design.
