摘　　要：分析复杂产品生产管理优化的背景和演化过程,进一步完善和优化生产管理体系。首先分析复杂产品的概念特征,再从流程优化特点、复杂性本质、管理创新这三个角度进行相关的文献研究,总结出复杂产品生产管理中不同的研究方法。然后以复杂船舶为例详细叙述在车间生产、物料采购、生产工序等方面的管理现状,依据现在日益增长的生产需求,产品性能需求,结合现有管理理念和实际生产情况,阐述目前生产管理的不足,明确流程优化和智能化管理在复杂产品生产中的重要性,并提出生产系统的管理优化方向。最后强调对具体案例、精确数据的管理探究,总结出复杂产品生产管理的创新前景以及对未来发展的展望。Analyze the background and evolution process of complex product production management optimization,improve and optimize the production management system in the further.Firstly,the conceptual characteristics of complex products analyzed,and then relevant literature research conducted from the three perspectives of process optimization characteristics,complexity essence and management innovation to summarize different research methods in the production management of complex products.For example,the detailed and complicated ship in the workshop production,material procurement,and production process management status quo.On the basis of the increasing production demand now,product performance requirements,combined with the existing management concept and the actual production situation,propose some shortage at present production management,pro cess optimization and inteligent management in complex products,the importance of and the management of the production system optimization direction is put forward.Finally emphasizes the management research of specific cases and accurate data,puts forward the innovation prospect of production management and the prospect of future development.
