摘  要:切割是农业机械领域无法回避的重要作业环节,切割系统的性能直接影响到整机作业效率和作业质量。作为切割对象的农作物秸秆特性各异,难以表征,且与钢铁材料的机械特性显著不同,因此秸秆切割问题更为复杂。针对秸秆切割过程中存在的切割能耗高、切割质量不理想及刀具磨损严重等问题,从切割理论、一般切割过程、切割试验方法和主要研究结论四个方面对国内外研究进行了综合阐述。指出了目前切割研究中存在的问题,并提出了继续推进切割研究的相关建议。Cutting is an unavoidable and important procedure in agricultural machinery.The performance of the cutting system directly affects the eficiency and working quality of the entire machine.The stalks have different characteristics,which are dificult to characterize,and their mechanical properties are significantly different from those of steel materials.Therefore,the prob lem of stalk cutting is more complicated.Aiming at the problems of high cutting energy consumption,unsatisfactory cutting quality and serious tool wear in the cutting process,the domestic and foreign researches are comprehensively explained from the four aspects of cutting theory,general cutting process,cutting test methods and main research conclusions.We pointed out the problems in current researches on cutting,and put forward suggestions for future cutting researches.
