医养合作中医疗卫生机构的定位和发展策略研究

摘　　要：医养合作有其独特的优势,医养合作需要协调好养老、医疗资源的配置,推进“医”和“养”有效衔接、无缝对接,医养合作是新时代养老事业发展的重要方向。本研究阐述我国医养合作的现状及存在的问题,从管理主体、医疗卫生机构的定位、养老机构激励机制等方面分析医养合作协同联动面临的具体困境,以期通过对现有医疗资源的重新定位和配置,促进医和养有效结合,满足老年群体的养老医疗需求,使老年群体得到全程化、连续化的照护。Medical and nursing care cooperation has its own unique advantages,medical and nursing care cooperation needs to coordinate the allocation of elderly care and medical resources,promote the effective connection and seamless connection of“medical”and“nursing”,medical and nursing care cooperation is an important direction for the development of the elderly care in the new era.This study expounds the current situation and existing problems of medical and nursing care cooperation in China,analyzes the specific dilemma faced by the coordination and linkage of medical and nursing care cooperation from the aspects of management subjects,positioning of medical and health institutions,and incentive mechanism of elderly care institutions,in order to promote the integration of medical and nursing care through the repositioning and allocation of existing medical resources,meet the medical needs of the elderly group,and enable the elderly group to receive full-process and continuous care.
