多温区可折叠冷藏箱的设计及性能数值模拟分析

摘  要:为了使温敏商品在整个运输环节中始终处于恒定低温环境中,针对多温区可折叠冷藏箱的整体结构及性能进行研究,对保温材料、蓄冷剂及其摆放位置进行选择,计算得出箱壁保温层的最小厚度,通过SolidWorks对冷藏箱各组件进行尺寸、外观、形状的设计,建立多温区可折叠冷藏箱3D模型,设计出冷藏箱的折叠方式及多温区构造形式,运用Fluent进行计算分析模拟冷藏箱的保温性能,运用ANSYS Workbench进行载荷有限元计算,分析在顶部试验载荷的作用下冷藏箱的位移变化规律及应力分布规律。该设计可解决多批次小批量冷链配送过程中存在的问题,将其应用于冷链终端配送环节,对冷链运输装备的升级优化具有参考价值。In order to realize that the transported goods in a constant low temperature environment in the whole transportation link,the study analyzes the overall structure and performance of the foldable multi-temperature zone refrigerator;selects the insulation materials,refrigerant storage and their placement;calculates the minimum thickness of the box wall insulation layer;designs the size,appearance and shape of each component of the refrigerator with SolidWorks;establishes the 3D model of the foldable multi-temperature zone refrigerator;designs the folding mode and multi-temperature zone structure of the refrigerator;uses Fluent to calculate and analyzes the insulation of the refrigerator;uses ANSYS Workbench to calculate load finite element;analyzes the displacement change law and stress distribution law of the refrigerator under the top test load.The designed foldable multi-temperature zone refrigerator can solve the problems existing in the process of small batch and multi batch cold chain distribution.The application of cold chain terminal distribution has great reference value for the upgrading and reform of cold chain transportation equipment.
