摘 要:土壤微生物是土壤微生态系统的重要组成部分,了解喀斯特石漠化地区土壤微生物的发展现状、研究热点及前沿动态对于其土壤生态改善具有重要的意义。使用文献计量学方法,从CNKI数据库采集数据,通过VOSviewer软件,从刊文数量、机构、主要作者、关键词等方面对喀斯特石漠化地区土壤微生物研究进行可视化分析。结果表明,相关论文发表总量大体上呈现逐年上升趋势;国家自然科学基金委是主要的基金提供者,贵州大学是发文量最多的学术机构,苏以荣等10名学者发表文章数量占总发文量的58.79%,且作者之间形成了合作与交流团体。关键词共现分析显示,喀斯特石漠化地区土壤微生物的研究热点主要与高通量测序、有机碳矿化、土壤养分、群落结构及植被恢复相关。未来研究趋势集中在分析土壤微生物多样性及群落结构、解析不同程度石漠化演替阶段下土壤与微生物之间的关系,为石漠化监测及修复提供方向。Soil microorganism is an important component of soil microecosystem.It is of great significance for soil ecological improvement in Karst rocky desertification areas to know the research status,research frontier and hotspots of soil microorganism in Karst rocky desertification area.We use bibliometric method,collect data from CNKI database,do visualized analysis of the soil microbial research in Karst rocky desertification area from the aspects of number of publications,institutions,main authors,keywords,etc.with VOSviewer software.The results show that the total number of published papers on soil microbial research in Karst rocky desertification area show a generally increasing trend year by year.The National Natural Science Foundation of China is the main fund provider of soil microbial research in Karst rocky desertification areas.Guizhou University is the academic institution with the largest number of publications.10 scholars,including Su Yirong,etc.,have published 58.79%of the total number of articles,and small cooperation groups among authors have been formed.Keyword co-occurrence analysis show that the research hotspots of soil microorganisms in Karst rocky desertification area are mainly related to high-throughput sequencing,organic carbon mineralization,soil nutrients,community structure and vegetation restoration.Future research trends focus on analyzing the diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms in Karst rocky desertification area,and the relationship between soil and microorganisms at different stages of rocky desertification succession,so as to provide new targets for future monitoring and restoration of rocky desertification.
