摘 要:为了提高充填体强度,保障回采作业安全,提高矿山回采率,减少水泥用量,某铅锌矿针对细粒尾砂开展了充填胶凝材料试验,对尾砂理化特性进行检测,对不同充填胶凝材料进行力学强度测试。结果表明,该充填胶凝剂在灰砂比为1∶6甚至1∶8的情况下制成的试块强度仍高于用水泥作为胶结材料在灰砂比为1∶4时制成的试块强度,说明其可在较低灰砂比的条件下提高细粒尾砂充填体强度。In order to improve the strength of the filling body,ensure the safety of mining operation,improve the mining recovery rate,and reduce cement usage,a Pb-Zn Mine conducted a filling cementitious material test for its fine-grained tailings.The physical and chemical properties of tailings were tested,and the mechanical strength of different filling cementitious materials was tested.The results showed that the strength of the test block made of this filling binder was still higher than that of the test block made of cement as the bonding material at a cement sand ratio of 1∶4 when the cement sand ratio was 1∶6 or even 1∶8.This filling binder can improve the strength of the fine-grained tailings filling body under lower conditions of cement sand ratio.
