摘  要:随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,提高汽车流水线的生产效率变得至关重要。吊具作为生产线上起重运输工具应用广泛,对于生产汽车生产线吊具的可靠性研究尤其重要。文中对轿车自动化生产线中地板吊具可靠性进行分析,并对吊具结构进行相应的优化设计。通过调整吊装运载下部总成钣金件的方案以及优化前后的结构进行有限元分析,优化后的梁在承受相同载荷情况下变形能力得到了大幅改善,为实现安全高效汽车流水线提供了可靠理论依据。With the rapid development of automobile industry,it is very important to improve the production efficiency of automobile assembly line.As a kind of hoisting and transportation tool in the production line,spreaders have been widely used,so it is particularly important to study the reliability of the spreader in the automobile production line.The reliability of floor spreader in car automatic production line was analyzed,followed by the structure optimization of spreader accordingly.The scheme of hoisting and transporting the sheet metal parts of the lower assembly was adjusted and the structure before and after optimization was analyzed by finite element method.The deformation capacity of the optimized beam was greatly improved under the same load,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for realizing safe and efficient automobile assembly line operation.
