摘  要:链斗式连续卸船机是港口装卸的重要运输装备,文中叙述了连续卸船机的工作原理,以某连续卸船机为例,应用EDEM对连续卸船机中心溜筒的料流状态进行模拟分析,结果表明:多级折返式的中心溜筒可大幅降低物料因高落差引起的冲击、提高筒体的使用寿命,同时对可能存在的超载堵料进行一定的预判。分析结果对物料输送的运动设计及控制提供了依据,同时对散料流动的状态提供了一种分析方法。Chain bucket continuous ship unloader is an important transportation equipment for port loading and unloading.This paper describes the working principle of continuous ship unloader.Taking a continuous ship unloader as an example,the material flow state of the center chute of the continuous ship unloader was simulated by EDEM.The results show that the multi-stage folding center chute can greatly reduce the impact of materials caused by high drop,improve the service life of the drum,and can predict whether there is overload blocking.The research results provide a basis for the motion design and control of material transportation,and also provide a method for analyzing the flow state of bulk materials.
