摘 要:为改善再造烟叶产品的耐加工性能,提升传统卷烟用再造烟叶生产过程稳定性和生产效率,研究不同实验室抄造工艺条件下再造烟叶基片的撕裂度性能,得出烟草浆、外加纤维、碳酸钙以及瓜尔胶添加对撕裂度的影响规律并与其对松厚度和抗张强度的影响规律进行对比。结果表明:①随着烟末浆和碳酸钙添加比例增加以及外加纤维打浆度提升,基片撕裂度逐渐下降;随着外加纤维添加比例增加,基片撕裂度逐渐上升;随着烟草浆打浆度升高,基片撕裂度先上升后下降;随着瓜尔胶添加比例增加,基片撕裂度先下降后上升。②除了烟末浆和碳酸钙添加比例,基片撕裂度和抗张强度随着其他工艺条件的变化都呈现出较为不同的变化趋势。③烟草浆打浆度对基片松厚度和抗张强度的影响最大,而基片撕裂度则受外加纤维添加比例的影响最大。In order to improve the processing resistance of reconstituted tobacco products and enhance the stability and efficiency in the production process of reconstituted tobacco for traditional cigarettes,the tearing strength of the sheet base of reconstituted tobacco of cigarettes made from laboratory under different papermaking preparatory conditions were analyzed.The effects of tobacco debris pulp,additional fibers,calcium carbonate and guar gum on bulk,tensile and tearing strength of the sheet base were concluded.The results showed that:1)With the increase of additive proportion of tobacco debris pulp,calcium carbonate and the beating degree of additional fibers,the tearing strength of sheet base decreased.With the increase of additive proportion of additional fibers,the tearing strength of sheet base increased.With the increase of beating degree of tobacco debris pulp,the tearing strength of sheet base increased first and then decreased.With the increase of additive proportion of guar gum,the tearing strength of sheet base decreased first and then increased.2)In addition to the additive proportion of tobacco debris pulp and calcium carbonate,the tensile and tearing strength of sheet base showed different trends along with the changes of other preparatory conditions.3)Beating degree of tobacco debris pulp had the greatest influence on bulk and tensile strength of sheet-base,while additive proportion of additional fibers had the greatest influence on tearing strength.
