摘  要:为给后续研究和产品开发提供参考,汇总分析了电加热卷烟传热传质数值模拟相关研究。结果表明:(1)热源模拟多涉及热、电、磁等物理场的耦合,对片状热源的模拟结果均表明加热体前段温度高于中部和后段;(2)烟草材料体系热物性预测模型的准确度较高,验证温度范围与工作温度尚有差距,烟气成分释放多通过化学反应表征;(3)烟支模拟均采用了多孔介质模型,部分考虑了传热传质的耦合和局部非平衡换热,非平衡换热系数、材料热物性等条件有一定差异。未来或可从模拟条件的微观层面优化及验证、热源与烟支的耦合研究等方面进行拓展和深化。In order to provide reference for further research and product development,the related researches on numerical simulation of heat and mass transfer of electrically heated tobacco products were summarized and analyzed.The results show that:(1)the simulation of heat source mostly involves the coupling of thermal,electrical and magnetic fields.The simulation results of sheet heat source showed that the temperature of the front end of the heating body was higher than that of the middle and end part;(2)the accuracy of the prediction model of thermophysical properties of tobacco material system was high,but there was still a gap between the verification temperature range and the working temperature,and the release of smoke components was mostly characterized by chemical reaction;(3)the porous medium model were adopted in the simulations of cigarette,and the coupling of heat and mass transfer and local non-equilibrium heat transfer were considered in part of the researches,but there existed some differences in non-equilibrium heat transfer coefficient,material thermophysical properties and other conditions.In the future,the optimization and verification of the simulation conditions at the micro level as well as the coupling research between heat source and cigarette can be further expanded and deepened.
