摘　　要：介绍23 000 DWT国内成品油船的开发背景及国内成品油运输的市场调研情况,结合规范要求、船东营运需求以及船体性能确定船舶的主尺度,基于主机成本提供多种推进方案以供报价方案选择,根据规范要求分析水平三晃荡运动时液舱长度和装载率之间的关系,为货舱区域分舱优化提供依据,对常用的货油泵驱动型式及重量成本进行对比分析,为后续给船东提供高效、优秀设计方案打下良好的基础。The develop background of a 23 000 DWT domestic product oil tanker and the market survey of the transportation of domestic product oil was introduced.The main dimensions were determined based on the rule's restrictions and operation requirement,as well as the ship's performance.Several propulsion design schemes were provided for the proposal design according to the cost of main engine.The relation between the cargo tank length and filling ratio when level 3 sloshing load occurs was analyzed in order to optimize the division of cargo hold area.The comparison of the weight,cost and driving types of different cargo pumps was also included.The development design might provide solid foundation of efficient and excellent design for the owners in the future.
