摘  要:为了构建合理描述440C不锈钢流动应力变化关系的本构模型,借助万能试验机和霍普金森压杆装置,分别进行了准静态和动态压缩试验。依据所获得的试验数据,对原J-C本构模型参数进行了标定,并探讨了其描述所研究材料应力流动行为的适用性和预测准确性。基于分析的结果,提出了一种考虑应变、应变率和温度间相互耦合的修正J-C本构模型,并进行模型参数标定。将试验数据与模型预测值进行对比分析,并通过相关性系数R、平均相对误差AARE和平均均方根偏差RMSE三个统计参数,对所提出模型的有效性进行评价。结果表明,440C不锈钢的动态力学行为受应变、应变率和温度间耦合作用的共同支配,所提出修正J-C本构模型相关性系数R为0.9959,平均相对误差AARE为0.073,平均均方根偏差RMSE为0.7618,能够合理地描述其应力流动行为。In order to construct a constitutive model that reasonably describes the changing relationship of flow stress of 440C stainless steel,quasi-static and dynamic compression experiments were carried out with the help of a universal testing machine and a Hopkinson compression bar device.Based on the obtained experimental data,the parameters of the original J-C constitutive model were calibrated,and its applicability and prediction accuracy for describing the stress-flow behavior of the studied materials were discussed.Based on the analysis results,a modified J-C constitutive model considering the coupling among strain,strain rate and temperature was proposed,and the model parameters were calibrated.The experimental data and the model predicted value were compared and analyzed,and the validity of the proposed model was evaluated by three statistical parameters:correlation coefficient R,average relative error AARE and root mean square deviation RMSE.The results show that the dynamic mechanical behavior of 440C stainless steel is jointly dominated by the coupling between strain,strain rate and temperature.The correlation coefficient R of the proposed modified J-C constitutive model is 0.9959,the average relative error AARE is 0.073,and the root mean square deviation RMSE is 0.7618,which can reasonably describe its stress flow behavior.
