摘 要:液体动静压球轴承在中高转速或高转速下,因润滑油摩擦和剪切作用使油膜温度升高,进而导致轴承与转子受热变形,且该变形量与油膜厚度处于同一数量级,严重影响主轴的回转精度。因此,以小孔节流方式的液体动静压球轴承作为研究对象,建立流体润滑数学模型,推导出润滑油膜的Reynolds方程和能量方程,结合有限差分法和松弛迭代法计算了液体动静压球轴承的油膜压力分布和温度分布,并探究工作参数对承载能力和油膜温升的影响。结果表明,当转速越大、油膜厚度越小时,油膜剪切效应越强,温升也随之增大;当转速为3000 r/min、油膜厚度为28μm时,轴承最高温升相较1000 r/min时最高上升了18.65 K;当转速为3000 r/min、油膜厚度为20μm时,轴承最高温升相较油膜厚度为28μm时上升了27.685 K。The oil film temperature of the spherical hybrid sliding bearings would increase due to the friction and shear of the lubricating oil at high speed or super high speed,which leads to the thermal deformation of bearing and rotor.As a result,the deformation seriously affects the rotation accuracy of the spindle,because it is in the same order of magnitude as the oil film thickness.Therefore,the fluid lubrication mathematical model is established by taking the spherical hybrid sliding bearings with orifice throttling mode as the research object,and the Reynolds equation and energy equation of lubricating oil film are derived.The pressure distribution and temperature distribution of oil film of the spherical hybrid sliding bearings are calculated by combining the finite difference method and relaxation iteration method.The influence of working parameters on bearing capacity and oil film temperature rise was investigated.The results show that the oil film shear effect is stronger and the temperature rise increases with the increase of rotating speed and the decrease of oil film thickness.When the speed is 3000 r/min and the oil film thickness is 28μm,the maximum temperature rise of the bearing is 18.65 K higher than that of 1000 r/min.When the speed is 3000 r/min and the oil film thickness is 20μm,the maximum temperature rise of the bearing is 27.685 K higher than that of the oil film thickness of 28μm.
