摘 要:为解决现有可导向防撞垫设计方法单一的问题,设计出符合当前法规要求的可导向防撞垫,以耐撞性拓扑优化方法为基础方法,通过建立汽车-防撞垫模型并对其正碰工况下进行拓扑优化分析,从中提取出吸能单元的基础构型,以正碰时汽车质心加速度大小作为评价指标,采用正交设计和稳健性设计方法对吸能单元的尺寸做出进一步优化,最终得到吸能单元的最优尺寸。仿真试验结果表明,以耐撞性拓扑优化为基础的设计方法行之有效,所设计出的TS级可导向防撞垫符合现行要求。In order to solve the problem of single design method of the existing guided anti-collision pad,the guided anticollision pad is designed to meet the requirements of the current regulations,and based on the collision-resistant topology optimization method,by establishing the model of the car-anti-collision pad and topologically carrying out the topology optimization analysis under the condition of its positive encounter,from which to extract the basic configuration of the energy absorption unit,to the positive collision of the car center acceleration size as an evaluation index,the use of orthogonal design and robust design method to further optimize the size of the energy absorption unit,and finally obtain the optimal size of the energy absorption unit.The simulation results show that the design method based on collision resistance topology optimization is effective,and the TS-grade guided anti-collision pad is designed to meet the current requirements。
