摘 要:某换流站3号调相机励磁端X向轴振达263μm(跳机值为254μm),调相机振动跳机1、2、3(开关量)信号触发,引发调相机振动保护跳机。通过数据分析及对轴振传感器复现实验,结果表明此次跳机是由于传感器接头脏污导致。传感器接头脏污后,其灵敏度降低,当间隙电压突变时,会引起TSI振动测量值突变,进而导致振动报警、跳机。因此在后续机组检修中应注意传感器脏污问题,针对热工单点保护问题进行控制逻辑优化,以防振动测量值突变导致调相机跳机。The X-axis vibration of the excitation end of the No.3 adjusting camera in a converter station reaches 263μm(the jump value is 254μm),and the vibration of the adjusting camera jumps 1,2,3(switching quantity)signals trigger,causing the vibration protection of the adjusting camera jumps.Through the data analysis and the experiment of the shaft vibration sensor,the result shows that the jump is caused by the dirt of the sensor joint.When the sensor joint is dirty,its sensitivity is reduced,and when the gap voltage changes,it will cause the TSI vibration measurement value to change,and then lead to vibration alarm and jump.Therefore,in the subsequent unit maintenance,attention should be paid to the sensor fouling problem,and the control logic should be optimized for the thermal single point protection problem,so as to prevent the adjustment camera from jumping due to the sudden change of vibration measurement value.
