摘 要:拉西瓦水电站承担西北电网的调峰调频和事故备用,对西北电网750 kV网架起支撑作用。自电站机组AGC投运后,每台机组每天调频约2 500次,频繁的调频导致水轮机导水机构磨损加剧,尤其是接力器连杆与控制环耳柄连接销孔和销轴磨损严重,影响调节响应时间和速率,停机时导叶漏水量增大,停机转速降不到制动器投入转速,给电站的安全运行带来巨大风险。通过大型水电站高频次调节情况下导水机构磨损研究,对导水机构磨损原因进行分析与总结,降低电站运行安全风险。After the commission of the AGC for the generation unit in the Laxiwa hydropower station,frequent frequency regulation of about 2500 times everyday by the unit resulted in intensified abrasion of the water turbine guide vane apparatus,especially resulted in serious abrasion of the pin hole and pin shaft connecting the relay link and the control ring lug,effected the frequency regulation response time and regulation speed,and resulted in increasing water leakage from the guide blade and the revolution rate of the water turbine over the specified ration for braking the unit,making the operation of the station exposed in enormous risk.The causes that resulted in the abrasion are analyzed in this paper.
