摘 要:以天然气-低排放塔式同轴分级燃烧室为研究对象,采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和FGM燃烧模型研究了旋流器旋流数对热态流场的影响.结果表明:随着二级旋流数增加,中心级和一级流量增加,二级流量减少,燃料掺混均匀性提高,均匀指数最大提高0.061;压力损失小幅增加,而CO排放显著减少,燃烧效率提高且超过99%;模拟的各工况温度分布均匀,均形成稳定的回流区,燃烧稳定;对16种不同的旋流器方案进行筛选,选出0.7/0.8旋流器方案为最佳方案.The natural gas-low emission tower coaxial staged combustor taken as the research object,the effects of swirl number of the swirler on the combustion characteristics were studied by using the Realizable k-turbulence model and the FGM combustion model.The results show that,with the increase of the secondary swirl number,the flow rate of the central stage and the primary stage increases,the secondary flow decreases,and the uniformity of fuel blending increases,with 0.061 as the maximum increase of uniformity index.The pressure loss increases slightly,the CO emission decreases significantly,and the combustion efficiency increases and exceeds 99%.The temperature distribution of each simulated working condition is uniform,a stable recirculation zone is formed,and the combustion is stable.16 different cyclone schemes are screened,and the 0.7/0.8 cyclone scheme is selected as the optimal plan.
