农业科技成果在脱贫村转化推广的路径研究——基于行动者网络视域下的广西卖酒村案例分析

摘　　要：农业科技成果转化涉及的是农业科技从间接的知识形态力量转化为直接推动和促进“三农”事业发展动力问题,是考察农业科技贡献的重要指标。文章以行动者网络理论为分析框架,考察玉林市卖酒村科技成果转化网络是如何建构的,探究农业科技成果转化的基层逻辑的机制及演变过程。发现适当的引入市场竞争机制,辅助以必要的行政手段是农业科技成果转化较为理想的路线,而如何通过建立和完善相应的规则架构激活和释放外生型成果转化机制的主体活力、疏通农业科技成果流通渠道是破解当前农业科技成果转化困境的重要出路。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural science and technology involves the transformation of agricultural science and technology from indirect knowledge form power to directly promote and advance the development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,which is an important index to examine the contribution of agricultural science and technology.Based on the theory of actor network,this paper examines how to construct the transformation network of scientific and technological achievements in Maijiu Village of Yulin City,and explores the mechanism and evolution process of the basic logic of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.It is found that the appropriate introduction of market competition mechanism and the necessary administrative means are the ideal route for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and how to activate and release the main vitality of the exogenous transformation mechanism and dreg the circulation channel of agricultural scientific and technological achievements by establishing and improving the corresponding rule structure is an important way to solve the current difficulties in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
