摘 要:[目的]利用表面活性物质对速生桉树进行改性,为桉树的利用提供技术依据。[方法]采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和尿素作为表面活性剂,观察三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂改性桉木性能。并通过红外光谱FTIR、X-射线能谱XRD、及动态热机械DMA分析观察改性桉木性能。[结果]结果表明:添加了SDS的改性材增重率、抗胀缩性最大,分别为8.98%和28.00%,改性材的动态热机械性能提高,尺寸稳定性增加。[结论]表面活性剂对提高改性剂改性桉木效果良好。[Objective]The surface active substances were applied to modify the fast-growing eucalyptus robusta to provide technical basis for the utilization of eucalyptus robusta.[Method]The sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and urea was applied as a surfactant to observe the properties of melamine-modified urea-formaldehyde resin(MUF)modified eucalyptus robusta.The properties of modified eucalyptus were observed and analyzed by FTIR,XRD and DMA analysis.[Result]The results showed that the weight gain rate(WPG)and anti-swelling and shrinkage(ASE)properties of the modified eucalyptus robusta with SDS were the largest,which were 8.98%and 28.00%,respectively.The dynamic thermo-mechanical properties and dimensional stability of modified materials were improved.[Conclusion]The effect of surfactants on the modification of eucalyptus robusta is good.
