摘　　要：“疾病叙事”贯穿于弗朗茨·卡夫卡的每一部作品。卡夫卡善于将人物的身体感知置于小说叙事的首位,在他的笔下人物的身体呈现出变形、疾病、创伤、疯癫、死亡等疾病意象。文章尝试运用叙事学理论和文本阐释的方法,藉卡夫卡单篇作品人物的分析以及与不同作品之间的联系,探索其艺术世界、思考领域与现实生活三维之间的内在关联性,析理出它的阐释义和群体疾病叙事的隐喻义。卡夫卡的“疾病叙事”将个体的命运变迁的私人领域迁延至一个大时代群体病症的层面,从人的外在形态与内在精神之间的二维互动,卡夫卡的疾病叙事的起点和最终归宿即是“人的境况”。“Disease Narration”runs through every work of Franz Kafka,putting the corporeal sensation of protagonists in the first place,presenting various images such as deformation,disease,trauma,insanity and death.By analyzing the characters in his individual works and the internal connections between different works,using the methods of theoretical research and textual interpretation,the paper takes human bodies as a medium to explore the three-dimensional unity of Kafka's artistic world,realm of thought and real life.Kafka constructs the unique aesthetic value of his body narrative through the interpretation of individual disease narratives and the metaphorical meaning of group disease narratives.From the personal expression of individual fate changes to the real record of group diseases in the era,and from the two-dimensional interaction between human external form and internal spirit,it can be clearly found that"human condition"is the starting point and ultimate destination of Kafka's disease narration.
