摘　　要：世界经济正在走出新冠肺炎疫情和俄乌冲突的阴霾,但挑战依然存在。全球经济增长前景充满不确定性,经济增长放缓、金融风险上升、通货膨胀高企等问题不容忽视。为此,货币政策方面,应以抑制通货膨胀为重点,稳定货币金融体系;财政政策方面,应进行财政整顿,重建财政缓冲机制。The world economy is emerging from the haze of the New Crown Pneumonia epidemic and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,but challenges remain.The outlook for global economic growth is fraught with uncertainty,and problems such as slowing economic growth,rising financial risks and high inflation cannot be ignored.To that end,monetary policy should focus on curbing inflation and stabilizing the monetary and financial system;and fiscal policy should focus on fiscal consolidation and rebuilding the fiscal buffer mechanism.
