摘　　要：中国共产党百年理想信念教育的基本经验主要体现为:坚持党的全面领导与正确政治立场,将马克思主义指导贯穿于理想信念教育的始终;注重思想道德建设与推动人的全面发展,发挥理想信念教育的价值引领作用;坚持思想引领与增强行动自觉,提升党员的判断力、领悟力、执行力;区分教育对象与创新内容方法,提高理想信念教育的时代性和针对性;健全组织机构与完善制度保障,为理想信念教育提供坚实的组织保障。The basic experience of the CPC′s century-long education on ideals and convictions is mainly reflected in the following aspects:adhering to the overall leadership of the Party and the correct political stance,and integrating Marxist guidance throughout the education of ideals and convictions;focusing on the ideological and moral construction,promoting the all-round development of people,and giving play to the value-leading role of education on ideals and convictions;adhering to ideological guidance,enhancing the consciousness of action,and improving Party members′capacity for political judgment,thinking and implementation;distinguishing the educational object,innovating content and methods,and improving the education on ideals and convictions more targeted and up-to-date;perfecting organizational structure and system guarantee and providing a solid organizational guarantee for the education on ideals and convictions.
