基于《黄帝内经》五志理论从情志论治白癜风

摘　　要：白癜风作为一种心身皮肤疾病,其发生发展与精神心理因素关系密切。中医心身疾病理论源于《黄帝内经》,其中“形神合一、五志致病”为情志致病学说奠定了基础。情志过极可内伤脏腑气血,进而影响白癜风的发生发展。故在白癜风的治疗过程中需身心并治、形神同调,拟逍遥复色汤加减,配合情志疏导疗法,以期为白癜风临床处方用药提供参考。As a psychosomatic skin disease,vitiligo is closely related to psychosocial factors.The theory of psychosomatic diseases in Chinese medicine is derived from the yellow emperor’s internal canon of medicine,in which"holism of body and spirit,and emotion causing disorder"laid the foundation for the theory of emotional disease.Excessive emotional ambition can cause internal injuries to internal organs and blood,which in turn affects the occurrence and development of vitiligo.Therefore,in the treatment process of vitiligo,it is necessary to treat both body and mind at the same time.Combined therapy is used to treat vitiligo with Xiaoyao-Fuse Decoction and psychotherapy,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of vitiligo.
