摘　　要：中国共产党历来高度重视知识分子工作。针对新时代高知识群体政治引领存在的思想共识、体制机制、手段载体、方式方法、引领类群等方面的不足,必须在坚持一致性与多样性相统一的同时把握工作主线,在坚持重点突破与全面推进相统一的同时加强政策协调,在坚持理论灌输与思想沟通相统一的同时提高工作效能等重要原则。新时代,加强高知识群体政治引领要在加强党的领导的同时凝聚共识,要在进一步完善大统战工作格局同时创新发展,要在各方协同中提升高知识群体政治引领的整体性和实效性。The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work of intellectuals.In view of the shortcomings of the ideological consensus,institutional mechanisms,means and carriers,methods,and leading groups in the political guidance of senior intellectual groups in the new era,we must grasp the main line of work in adhering to the unity of consistency and diversity,strengthen policy coordination in adhering to the unity of key breakthroughs and comprehensive advancement,and improve work efficiency in adhering to the unity of theoretical indoctrination and ideological communication.In the new era,strengthening the political leadership of senior intellectual groups should build consensus in strengthening the leadership of the Party,innovate and develop in further improving the pattern of the united front work,and enhance the integrity and effectiveness of the political leadership of senior intellectual groups in the coordination of all parties.
