摘 要:针对磁力齿轮永磁同步电机转矩波动较大的问题,分析影响齿槽转矩的因素,提出了永磁体和调磁块的合理配置能有效抑制齿槽转矩的方法。首先,简述所设计电机的工作原理并给定初始参数。其次,采用解析法得出空载气隙磁密分布,并通过有限元仿真验证理论分析的正确性。最后,参考传统永磁电机削弱齿槽转矩方法,设计两种传动方案,研究永磁体极数和调磁块数的最小公倍数对齿槽转矩周期数的影响,表明增大最小公倍数可有效降低两个转子齿槽转矩幅值。For the problem of large torque fluctuation of magnetic gear permanent magnet synchronous motor,the factors which affect the cogging torque was studied in this paper,and the method that the reasonable coordination of the number of permanent magnet poles and the number of pole-pieces could effectively suppress the cogging torque was proposed.First,the operating principle of the designed motor was briefly described and the initial design parameters were determined.Then,the air-gap magnetic density distribution was derived analytically,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by finite element simulation.Finally,the relationship between the minimum common multiple of the number of poles and the number of pole-pieces and the number of periods of cogging torque under the two transmission schemes was investigated with reference to the conventional permanent magnet motor weakening cogging torque method.The conclusion that increased least common multiple was effective in reduced cogging torque amplitude of the two rotors was reached.
