摘 要:针对目前超宽带滤波器尺寸偏大、陷波个数较少和陷波深度不足的问题,基于新型缺陷地结构设计了一种多陷波超宽带滤波器。通过采用非对称耦合技术、加载新型双开环谐振器、C型谐振器的方式在超宽带通带上产生了三个陷波频带,在保证陷波深度的同时整体设计紧凑。为了抑制X卫星通信上行频段对超宽带系统的干扰并增强滤波器的带外抑制特性,在金属接地板上刻蚀了新型缺陷地结构。该滤波器实现了2.8~11.1 GHz的通带带宽,相对带宽达到119%,在3.5 GHz、5.77 GHz、6.8 GHz、8.3 GHz处产生了四个陷波,且陷波处的衰减分别为24.5dB、33 dB、18.1dB、23 dB,通带两侧的带外抑制都达到了60 dB。A multi-notch ultra-wideband filter was designed based on a new defective ground structure to address the difficulties of big size,small number of notches,and insufficient notch depth of ultra-wideband filters.Three notch bands were formed on the ultra-wideband passband utilizing asymmetric coupling technology and loading a new double open-loop resonator and C-type resonator.The entire design is compact while maintaining the notch depth.A new defective ground structure was etched on the metal ground floor to suppress interference from the X satellite communication upstream band to ultra-wideband systems and improve the filter’s out-of-band rejection characteristics.The filter features a passband bandwidth of 2.8 to 11.1 GHz and a relative bandwidth of 119%,four notches at 3.5 GHz,5.77 GHz,6.8 GHz,and 8.3 GHz,with attenuation of 24.5 dB,33 dB,18.1dB,and 23 dB at the notch,and out-of-band suppression on both sides of the passband of 60 dB.
