摘 要:提出了一种磁流变液传动装置导磁柱式新型散热结构,总结了新型水冷式磁流变传动装置的三种基本工况,探究了三种工况下的冷却液速度场分布特征。同时,开展了常见工况下的瞬态和最大滑差功率下温度场分布特征仿真研究,设计并搭建了新型水冷式磁流变传动装置测试系统,通过实验揭示了滑差功率、进水流量和转速等参数对散热的影响规律,仿真和实验结果表明新型水冷式磁流变传动装置具有良好的散热性能,能够实现大功率扭矩传递,研究结果为磁流变传动装置实现大功率传递提供散热方案参考。A new type of heat dissipation structure of magnetorheological fluid transmission device is presented.Three basic operating conditions of the new water-cooled magnetorheological transmission device were summarized,and the distribution characteristics of coolant velocity field under the three operating conditions were explored.At the same time,the distribution characteristics of temperature field under transient and maximum slip power under common working conditions are simulated.A new water-cooled magnetorheological transmission test system was designed and built.The influence law of slip power,inlet flow rate and rotational speed on heat dissipation is revealed by experiment.Simulation and experimental results show that the new water-cooled magnetorheological transmission device has good heat dissipation performance and can realize high-power torque transmission.The research results provide a reference for heat dissipation scheme of magnetorheological transmission device to achieve high power transmission.
