摘 要:根据微带环行器的设计理论,利用多路加抗的平面Y谐振器结构构成非互易结电路,由至少两根相互配合的传输线(长度为不大于1/8波长)和一个连接结点构成匹配电路,设计并制作了一种工作在X波段的小型化微带环行器。仿真结果显示,该环行器在8~12 GHz的工作频带内,插入损耗小于0.6 dB,电压驻波比小于1.4,隔离度大于15 dB;外形尺寸为4 mm×4 mm×2.5 mm,实现X波段环行器的小型化。实测结果与仿真结果基本吻合,工作频带内电压驻波比和隔离度比仿真结果略高。According to the design theory of the microstrip circulator,a miniaturized microstrip circulator operating in X-band is designed and fabricated by using a nonreciprocal junction circuit composed of a planar Y resonator structure with multiple reactances and a matching circuit composed of at least two mutually matched transmission lines whose length of the transmission line is no more than 1/8 wavelength and a connecting node.The simulation results show that the insertion loss of the circulator is less than 0.6 dB,the VSWR is less than 1.4,and the isolation is more than 15 dB in the working band of 8 GHz to 12 GHz,which realizes the miniaturization of the X-band circulator with the overall dimension of 4 mm×4 mm×2.5 mm.The measured results are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the voltage standing wave ratio and isolation in the working band are slightly increased than that.
