基于蚁群效应的图书馆联盟协同治理机制探讨——以FULink为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨当图书馆联盟的治理环境发生巨变时如何应需而变,为协同治理提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研法和案例分析法,分析国内外图书馆联盟发展现状,梳理出具有借鉴意义的联盟治理路径及其与蚁群效应的相似性,并结合基于蚁群效应的FUlink实践为图书馆联盟构建协同治理机制提供经验。[结果/结论]图书馆联盟需要从经费众筹、联盟馆员、服务引领等方面谋求发展变革,建立起有效的协同共治机制,以推动联盟的永续发展。[Purpose/significance]Discussing how to change according to the needs when the governance environment of library alliance changes dramatically,so as to provide references for collaborative governance.[Method/process]By using literature research method and case analysis method,this paper analyzes the development status of library alliance at home and abroad,sorts out the alliance governance paths with reference significance and their similarity to the ant colony effect,and combined with FUlink s experiences based on ant colony effect provides experiences for library alliance to build collaborative governance mechanism.[Result/conclusion]Library alliance needs to seek development and reform from crowd-funding,alliance librarians,service leading and other aspects,and establish an effective collaborative governance mechanism to promote the sustainable development of the alliance.
