省级公共图书馆超话社区用户生成内容特征分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析微博平台中各省级公共图书馆超话社区的基本情况以及用户生成内容的特征,为提升省级公共图书馆用户满意度提供建议。[方法/过程]通过Python网络爬虫采集微博平台中省级公共图书馆超话社区中的用户生成内容,构建类目体系对其分类,进行发文主题分析、情感分析、词频分析等文本分析。[结果/结论]提出公共图书馆应及时开通超话、扩充用户交流渠道,规范图书馆超话社区管理与运营,关注图书馆基本功能、满足用户对图书馆的基本需求,辅助组建学习小组、满足用户学习中的社交需求,积极与用户进行互动、形成融洽的超话社区氛围的建议。[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the basic situation and the characteristics of user-generated content in the hypertext communities of provincial public libraries in microblogging platforms to provide suggestions for improving user satisfaction in provincial public libraries.[Method/process]The user-generated contents in the provincial public libraries’hypertext communities in microblogging platform are collected by a Python web crawler a class system is constructed to classify them and text analysis such as posting topic analysis sentiment analysis and word frequency analysis is conducted.[Result/conclusion]It proposes that public libraries should open the hypertext in a timely manner to expand user communication channels standardize the management and operation of library hypertext communities focus on basic library functions to meet users’basic needs for libraries assist in forming study groups to meet users’social needs in learning and actively interact with users to form a cordial hypertext community atmosphere.
