周边堆载对厂房浅基础附加应力的影响分析

摘　　要：厂房内部地坪上不同位置的堆载,会诱发厂房基础产生新的变形,严重时危害厂房结构的正常使用。以某厂房独立基础为例,基于有限元方法分析厂房内部砂石物料堆载对基础的影响,对比分析表明:堆载紧邻柱子堆放时,靠近堆载侧基底的竖向附加应力系数最大值达到0.715,该值较大,将诱发既有基础产生较大的额外变形;堆载远离柱子的距离达到基础宽度时,可大大降低堆载对既有基础的影响。为了对独立基础进行保护,可在独立基础周边设置具有一定强度与刚度的围挡结构,围挡结构距离柱子的水平距离不小于基础宽度。The surcharge at different positions on the floor inside the factory building will induce new deformation of the factory building foundation,which will seriously endanger the normal use of the factory building structure.Taking the independent foundation of a factory building as an example,the influence of the stacking load of sand and gravel materials in the factory building on the foundation is analyzed based on the finite element method.The comparative analysis shows that when the surcharge is stacked close to the column,the maximum value of the vertical additional stress coefficient near the base near the surcharge side reaches 0.715,which will induce large additional deformation of the existing foundation.When the distance between the surcharge and the column reaches the foundation width,the impact of the surcharge on the existing foundation can be greatly reduced.In order to protect the independent foundation,a retaining structure with certain strength and stiffness can be set around the independent foundation,and the horizontal distance between the retaining structure and the column shall not be less than the foundation width.
